Busatello Marshland
The Busatello Marshland stretches between the province of Verona and the province of Mantua and it looks like a roof-swamp over the surrounding lands: this is due to the reclamation of the Grandi Valli Veronesi and the consequent sediments compacting. Over a thousand animal species live in this swamp: birds, mammals, reptiles, fish. In this well-preserved and uncontaminated vegetation you can see peculiar marsh plant species.
