This elegant villa, situated on the main avenue of Minerbe, houses the town hall today. We have few and poor historical news on it. Two artistic fireplaces on the sides of the façade adorn the whole building; there is a chapel next to the right side of the villa. Once in the large park in front of the villa there was a big ice-house (unfortunately it no longer exists today) which supplied most of the town with ice.
