This agricultural land has been turned into an urban park, which is being partly redeveloped. This area is delimitated by two branches of the river Tione, reuniting in the southern part. The two rivers delimitating the area (New Tione and Old Tione) flow just few tens metres far from each other, in the old river valley which lays slightly below the surrounding territory. There is a signposted nature trail, a car park, a rest area and a picnic area.
